• If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or a short video. We will replace the item or offer a refund after reviewing the case.
• Non-returnable items include opened nutrient liquids, items damaged due to misuse, and customized or special-order items.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to the original payment method.
