- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Consumable items such as nutrient solutions cannot be returned once opened.
- If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or a short video. We will replace the item or offer a refund after reviewing the case.
- Non-returnable items include opened nutrient liquids, items damaged due to misuse, and customized or special-order items.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to the original payment method.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
